Payments handled by Paddle

DC Trades uses Paddle as the Merchant of Record. All payments, invoicing, and refunds are processed securely through Paddle.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. This follows Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applies only if the paid features have not been significantly used.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if a user has extensively used premium features (AI Insights, analytics, multiple journals) or if the request is made after 14 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us or reply to the Paddle payment confirmation email. Paddle will handle the refund process and notify you.
